Application forms are usually sent out and placed on the 'forms' section of this website approximately 3 weeks before the event.

- April 25th
- Annual General Meeting and lunch - Leathersellers' Hall
- May 20th
- Visit to the Queen's Club in West Kensington including a tour, a demonstration of Real Tennis, and supper at the Club
- July 9th
- Evening guided walk from Parliament square to Pall Mall discovering hidden sights, followed by supper at the Naval and Military Club
- September 11-14th
- Weekend vist to the Londonderry/Coleraine area of Northern Ireland including the Irish Society
- October 17th
- Lunchtime talk at the Bishopsgate Institute by the curator of the RN Submarine Museum. Followed by lunch
